Modernizing Boiler Level Indication in the UAE with LevelMax™

A major Oil & Natural Gas operator in the UAE sought to modernize their boiler level indication systems. The existing setup—a water column with flat glass gages—was no longer meeting their standards for visibility & reliability.

We upgraded the customer to a LevelMax™ Two Instrument Assembly. The LevelMax™ system provides one of the most economical drum level systems for ASME Code compliance and compact assembly design for any application. It eliminates a portion of the field piping and welding which is associated with traditionally independent instruments - thereby, reducing the installation cost and space required.

Why the customer upgraded:

• Simpliport 180 provided 180° visibility for safer and more convenient level monitoring

• Smart Level Eye-Hye enabled more flexibility and control, with advanced electronic indication and alarm features
